Suitland Park LLC, a joint venture between DRI and PCCP LLC, sold the recently renovated Avanti to GMF Capital. Dragone chose to keep its ownership stake in the Avanti, now partnering with GMF Capital. The Avanti is an 930-unit apartment community that, as quoted from executive managing director of ARA Newmark Al Cissel, "is positioned at the top of the submarket and will outperform the represent competition for the foreseeable future."
